15. The final look of your box is as important as the sound. To get that professional look, all edges are routered and then the whole box is sanded down. | 
16. Joe always has a little trick up his sleeve to add his custom flare and style to every box. For this particular box, Joe designed the corners to match the curve of the seat to the tee. We think it was just the mini-trucker in him because he really wanted to bust out his Sawzall! |

19. With the box sanded down, another mini-trucker must was to apply some Bondo to fill and round all the rough spots so Joe can add his final touch. | 
20. Next, the box is sprayed with a special polyurethane mixture that Joe came up with to add strength and finish off the box with a clean factory yet custom finish. |

21. With our box finished up, all we had to do was wire in our Rockford Fosgate subs to get things bumpin'. |
