Once, some coworkers and I were driving a company truck in Spain. Suddenly, the windshield liner came flying halfway out and started banging violently against the side of the car. We had to stop and try to put it back in. Only a few moments later, it came flying out again. We had no duct tape on hand so we used medical tape from a first aid kid. It was quite ugly, but we were able to get to our destination fine after that.

If this stuff works, I am going to buy an entire case of it. I swear that I get a rock chip at least once every six months. I only commute 20 minutes a day, so this seems a little excessive. As a matter of fact, I have a little chip right now. It won't be so small if I ignore it any longer.

I have a small fleet of trucks that make deliveries and service calls. It's hard to keep up on their repair and maintenance when there are so many of them and they break down frequently. There seem to especially be a lot of windshield problems. I think it would be smart to have kits like the on in the picture in all of the trucks. That way they could take care of some of their own repairs and we could focus the repair work on the more serious issues. http://www.brianna.com.au/TheCompany/tabid/58/Default.aspx
