Recently we got our hands on a Hyper Ground electrical grounding system from Sun Overseas Trading. The system, composed of heavy-gauge, 99.99 percent pure copper wires provides a low resistance ground path for the vehicle's ground and has as much as 10 times less impedance than that original grounding system in your truck. A better ground can provide vehicles with more torque, improved gas mileage, increased throttle response, and better starting ability. The system provides a direct ground from battery negative to the truck's body, chassis, and engine to improve electrical performance. The Hyper Ground System connects directly from the cylinder head and other points under the hood to the battery, providing an ultra-low resistance connection. In several tests, the installation of the system has yielded horsepower gains measured and proven through dyno testing. In our own experience, we've run the truck approximately 500-600 miles since we photographed the Hyper Ground installation. Since then, the truck's idle has smoothed out considerably, with no more spikes or surges. We've also experienced higher gas mileage because the installation was performed to the tune of approximately 30 more miles per tank of fuel under the same driving conditions. At this rate, the parts can begin to pay for themselves in as little as a month and a half of normal driving.
