Dime For A Dime
Mark tells us that he picked up his S-10 for a measly $90. Can you believe that? Sure, it was a little rough around the edges, but it proved to be a great initial investment for what would soon become a great project truck. The truck now lays frame on 19/20 Boss 338s, and the Viper GTS blue pearl paint looks absolutely stunning. Inside the cab is a full two-tone silver and blue tweed interior to tie in the exterior. Mark even had his pal Zach Shaffer snap a whole set of photos for us. Thanks, guys!

George Cendejas writes in, "I saw this truck on Craigslist, and I immediately sold my '95 Lexus LS400 to a coworker. I've always wanted this truck because I've always liked the one my uncle bought back in 1988. I live in Vegas, so the seller in Los Angeles held it for me, I hopped on a shuttle van to downtown LA and bought it on the spot. So far, I've thrown in a new Alpine stereo and speakers, original Toyota wheel, and bought new BFG tires. I'll get this thing where I want it, but for now I'm just enjoying it.

This second-gen Dime belongs to a proud SoCal owner who has been working his arse off to get it somewhat close to being able to show off. So far, Levi has 'bagged and bodydropped his S-10, and the wheels it's tucking are 22-inch Foose wheels. The rear features a homebuilt back half four-link with straight upper bars and lower triangulated bars. This truck's builder tells us, "Everything was done at home. This has proven to be one hell of a trip so far."
