Old-Skool Sport
Rollin' around the streets of Michigan is this daily driven '92 Ford Ranger Sport. Ryan Loubert purchased the truck from his dad, who bought it off the lot brand-new and drove it for six years as his work truck. Ryan took charge and began to restore and personalize it little by little. He dropped it 3 inches up front with a set of Belltech's lowered I-beams. Out back, he dumped it 6 inches using DJM's flip kit. With the truck lowered, Ryan knew he needed to update the wheel and tire combo, so he bolted up a set of 18x9-inch chrome Centerlines wrapped with 225/45R18 rubber. After a few interior and exterior upgrades, Ryan's truck is at the stage you see here, but that's not all he has in mind. He plans on 'bagging the truck, swapping in a V-8, and going all-out on the interior and paint.
Airgasm
Corey Jonasson of Winnipeg, Canada, is the proud owner of this '97 GMC Sonoma. He went all-out making his truck a work of art and slamming it to the ground with some serious sounds. His suspension consists of a KP Components six-link, with a custom tubular bridge and 1/2-inch fills with 3/8-inch dump electric valves. To smooth the lines, the door handles, tailgate handle, and antenna have all been ditched. The sheetmetal sports a custom VW Blue Lagoon, VW Cyber Green, and VW Reflex Silver paintjob that continues all the way through the doorjambs, between the cab, and to the speaker box. An '00 Envoy conversion was the choice for the front-end swap material. The truck sits on 20-inch Supreme Wire Wheels with Nitto 245/35ZR20 Extreme 555 rubber. The interior sports smooth fiberglass throughout and houses an arsenal of Alpine gear. Black Beauty
Jerry Gulley from Moshiem, Tennessee, has been working on his '88 S-10 for some time to give it the look you see here. He began by dropping it up front with 2-inch drop spindles, 3-inch dropped arms, and a 1-inch drop coil spring. For the rear, he again dumped it as low as possible without airbags by using 3-inch drop leaves, a 4-inch block, and a C-notch. He stuffed a set of 18x8-inch MSW wheels in the wheelwells to fill what little space was left. The exterior received clearlights, ground effects, and a few other bolt-ons before being shaved smooth. The entire truck received a black-pearl makeover to complement the previous exterior mods. After some Pioneer and Audiobahn stereo equipment was added, Jerry was ready to hit the road. He plans to 'bag and body-drop his ride in the near future.
