Have you ever Had one Of those days when everything you did went totally opposite Of your intentions, and anything that could possibly screw up your plans and Cause The angels IN the heaven above TO all stop and say damn?

Well, lets just say that has been my last two weeks. You name it, and it has probably gone wrong for me. I should have just stayed home, turned off my phone, and played video games for the last two weeks cause it would have been safer than leaving the house. I didn't realize that the last statement I made last month about being carted off in a straight jacket would almost come to reality.

It all started when I tried to plan my vacation to New York over Christmas and New Years. With the way my article started I am sure that you have figured out that I never made it to New York. The reasons as to why I won't bore you with, but I will say that fallout has lasted for the last five days and the next five months aren't lookin' any better.

In addition to all of that, I have been recently targeted by some of California's finest. In the last few days, I have received four citations in two different trucks and not one of them was a moving violation. The first two that I received were within a 24-hour period for exhaust on the Tacoma. The first time I was stopped, I explained to the officer that I was swapping the exhaust back to the factory unit. He didn't even care that it was in the bed of the truck, he wrote the ticket anyway. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get the exhaust changed out that day so the following day I was heading out to the shop, not paying attention as to what or who was behind me, I hear that all too familiar sound, whoop whoop. All I could think was great, just my luck. When Mr. Officer comes up to the window he asked me if I know why he pulled me over. Of course, I say no, but I have an idea. He says he pulled me over for exhaust. He asks for my license and registration, and I start to explain that I just got a ticket the day before for the same offense and that I was on the way to get it corrected. I tried to show him the citation, he looked at me like I was crazy and said he would be back. When he came back to issue the ticket he simply stated that I should have fixed the problem sooner and asked me to sign it. Whatever, I'll deal with it in court, thanks for draining eight hours out of my day.

My next two tickets were just plain BS. I got both of these on the same day, how retarded is that? But hey, it is just how my luck has been running lately. The first of the two was for tinted windows, ok fine, no big deal, just 20 minutes taken out of my day because the cop had nothing better to do. The second cop to pull me over was a real tool. He pulled me over for tint. I told him that I got a ticket earlier for the same thing. He said hold on and proceeded to walk around my truck and give it a good once over. When he returns he says that he is going to write the ticket for my smoked taillights. Really?! I asked him how he was going to determine whether or not my taillights were in violation. He said he didn't have to determine anything and took my info to write the ticket. When he comes back not only does he cite me for the taillights but also adds the tint as well. I asked him what the deal was, and he replied that I should not ask questions about why I am being cited. So now, I am left with four tickets that I have to deal with on top of everything else that is going on in my life. Which now I am thinking, if luck runs in threes I am due for at least one more. Great, hopefully next month I am not writing my column from an 8x10-foot cell. Until next month.Peace Out
