What can we say about this last year? The year 2007 turned out to be amazing for all things Mini Truckin'. As we've been gearing up for our 20th anniversary in 2008, it would have been easy to let 2007 be just another year, but that's not how we roll. We wanted to bring you another action-packed year, so we made sure every single issue was chock-full of the coolest minis from all around the world. As the magazine has grown, so has the staff. You might recognize a few new names, as well as many of the same cats who have been supporting us for years. I want to give a special thanks to our dedicated staff as they continue to bring us the best of what's out there. This year we brought you something new and different with every issue. From old-skool trucks that have never graced a cover before, such as Lukasz's Chevy Luv and Scott's Datsun NL320, to awesome group shots of the DIB Shop cover and the Texas Special, which featured the Ekstensive Tacoma and Blown Blazer, it's been an amazing year.
And as our 5th Annual Year End Awards will attest to, minitruckers don't sleep. This year's trophies were built by www.airbagit.com and feature one-off steering wheels as the specialty awards, simply to give the winners a memento of our appreciation and congratulations on their achievements. A big congrats to each who is mentioned, as you truly made our year memorable.

Negative Camber
Aw, the dreaded club vote! One thing that makes our magazine unique is that we're all minitruckers, we're in clubs, we build trucks, and we are you. So, the club vote is always a tough one, because we have many friends in clubs who all are deserving of this vote. The first thing I do every year at vote time is stare at our "Cover Wall" where I post up all of the covers from the past year. Counting the number of high-quality cover trucks this year, Negative Camber came out on top with three out of the twelve covers, which is very impressive, with the competition for covers getting tougher each and every year. Negative Camber also celebrated its 15th Anniversary this year and handed out several heartfelt awards to their members, exuding the family feeling that NC is known for. I have nothing but respect for these guys, and if anyone deserves to win a second club trophy, it's NC.

Low Rollers
I recently attended a show where the staff was extremely friendly, kick back, and relaxed. I couldn't believe these guys were running a great show and still managed to have a great time. The show was the End of Summer Bash and the crew was the East Coast's very own Low Rollers. These guys even managed to host their own private golf-cart demolition derby in the middle of the chaos. They proved to me that a good club can do anything if they work together.

Negative Camber
Negative Camber; the O.G. Club of minitrucks, this club has been alive and kicking for 15 years. NC members cover the nation East to West, making appearances at shows with nothing but the finest rides. I see these guys traveling the country, showing their vehicles, and always taking home a trophy or two. Camber members have been rolling deep this year all over the country. They have more than enough club pride and participation, and NC stepped up for Minitruck Club of the Year, bringing out more cover trucks than any other club.

Negative Camber
With so many clubs popping up all over the country, it's hard to keep up with who's who. But, this year my vote has to go to one of the long-running clubs, Negative Camber. Not only has this club dominated just about every issue with feature trucks, I personally have shot two Negative Camber covers in 2007. It is also their 15th anniversary, which is an added bonus to their achievements.
