When we decided to drive 19 hours in my wife's Nissan Armada to Salem, Oregon, for Drop Zone, I wondered what I had gotten myself into. A thousand miles later, and a crazy night in Weed, California, I knew it had all been worth it. The campgrounds were packed and the party was in full swing. Even in the middle of the day, people were hanging out and relaxing underneath the trees. With a great show like Drop Zone, it's no wonder this show was such a hit.
I'm not going to lie to you, either; the drive home was a drag. But, it was worth every bit of it. Next year's show is scheduled for July 25-27, and I know next year the drive will be even more interesting in a mini, but it will be worth it.
