All we can say is: wow, was it hot. Sunny California held its head high as it scorched the pavement and platform for the third annual Ludikrs Kustomz Show. Hailing over 700 rides and over 5,000 spectators, this show has become a staple of the West Coast show scene. Known for its diversity in rides and ultra laid-back attitude, anything goes at the Rialto Airport (within reason).

Luda had all of the familiar aspects of a great show including a bikini contest with a $1,000 cash prize, which was won by the lovely Tai. The West Coast Premier Hop-off competition was set ablaze by KP Components. KP soared its mini to new leaps and bounds, and almost hit some birds in the process. If new shoes were on your mind then there were three sets of 20-inch rollers being raffled off. Whether it was Lexani, TIS, or American Racing, rims were the topic of the day. MIC gave an airbag kit away, and exhaust noise was handled and handed out by Gibson. Roulette at Madhouse FX spun the beats all day and gave the mad hoppers something to dance to.

Thanks go out to Xtreme Lowz for presenting the show, as well as BTW and Lexani for main sponsorship duties.

Thanks also go out to the ongoing support from Air Runner, California Tool and Welding Supply, Gibson, Go-EZ Customs, Infinite Designs, KP Components, Lowlife Video, Mac's Springs, MIC, Slam Specialties, and TIS Wheels.

The fourth annual Ludikrs show looks to be better than ever. The third week in August is said to be reserved and the Rialto Airport will still be its home. If we get lucky a two-day show may be in the future.
