There are lots of tribute shows around the country, but few touch the heart of the truck scene more than the LNO Jr. Memorial Show in Orlando, Florida.

Fifteen years ago, fellow truck enthusiast Larry Neal Oliver was the victim of a violent carjacking. This senseless act cut short the life of this promising 17-year-old and left his parents to pick up the pieces. His parents eventually recovered the truck and restored it to the way it was and continue to show it in his memory. Since Larry was a member of Hardcore Minis, the members decided to pay tribute to him by holding a show the following year in his memory. With that, LNO was created. Now in its fourteenth year, Hardcore's CEO, Billy Weekley, tells Mini Truckin', "It's a very emotional day for the family, but it brings awareness to this culture."

Taking over the large Central Florida Fairgrounds, more than 300 minitruckers came from all over to show off the latest builds and newest customizations in support. As one of the most organized shows in Florida, LNO features drive-thru judging and club games, which always seem to take on new and creative challenges. Filled with emotion, Larry's parents traditionally end the show by honoring one truck with the LNO award, which they call "Oliver's Choice." This year it went to Joe Barbera's Ford from Miami.
