The 15th annual Slammin' & Jammin' is billed as a three-day event, with the gates opening for registration and judging on Friday. Several hundred vehicles drifted in as the afternoon came to a close on Friday. This gave the participants the chance to stake out a good location to set up for the weekend's fun.
Things got underway early Saturday, with the gates opening at 8 a.m. letting in the participants who were lined up down the street. Some of the best rides from all over the country made the trip to be part of this great event. The most notable thing about Slammin' & Jammin', besides all the nice rides, is it's huge participation in the bikini contest. With first place paying more than $500, girls came from all around to take a crack at top honors. This year, 35 great-looking ladies took part in the event and the judges had a very hard time picking a winner. But after several rounds and a little help from the crowd, Miss Slammin' & Jammin' was crowned.
As things began to wind down Saturday evening, many of the participants who were camped on the grounds headed back to their camp areas and fired up their grills. The folks that stayed in a motel headed back to their rooms to get cooled off and hit some of the many local restaurants. The rest of the evening was spent cruising the main boulevard in Lebanon or partying back at the various motels.

On Sunday, everyone headed back to the show grounds to take down their tents, load up their rides, and collect any trophies that might have been won. This year's Slammin' & Jammin' was another great success. The show will be held again next year at the same location, so mark your calendar and make plans to attend.
