With 14 different classes all with cash payouts, a lineup of games and contests, and a legitimate after-party on Saturday night, Midwest Mayhem is starting to pick up steam as one of the hottest shows in the region.

The show promoters bill Midwest Mayhem as being the largest car show in central Kentucky, but from the looks of the turnout and the number of feature trucks in attendance, it’s safe to say it’s bigger than they first figured.

The people of Lucky’s Autosports, an aftermarket superstore based in Lexington, are behind the mayhem in their town, and they don’t take any shortcuts when throwing this event. The members of IV Ever Low were recruited to handle the judging of the event, which wasn’t an easy task given there seemed to be a class for every type of vehicle, no matter how many wheels it rolled on.

Midwest Mayhem is quickly on the rise to becoming one of those three-day shows with a devout following of diehard fans in the Midwest, so make sure to keep your schedules open for next year’s show.
