In years past, the Sallisaw, Oklahoma, Chamber of Commerce has held car shows as annual events, but it was mostly a small show with locals and their hot rods. The local minitruck clubs would put on shows every once in a while, and then they started getting the IF crew to stop in town for some crazy cruise nights on the way to Show Fest. The head of the Chamber of Commerce began to take notice of the truck scene and how it had grown, so when it was time for the Chamber's show, guess who they called upon? The local minitruckers were given the go ahead with the city's show and they pulled off the biggest show the town has ever had, and it had some of the cleanest trucks from all over the country.
