Got an open space in your 2007 show calendar? Then listen up. Take a pen and write "Low Rollers End of Summer Bash" all over the month of August, the last weekend in August to be more specific. The weekend of August 26-27 in Woodstown, New Jersey, is home to one of the baddest North East shows around. I have said time and again that minitrucker events are best put on by minitruckers. The infamous Phil Fowler and his entire Low Rollers crew are just that: minitruckers. They not only pull this event off with flying colors, they set it off big time!
The trucks this show produced completely astounded me (and that doesn't happen too often). The location, the people, the events...just awesome! The 10th Annual Low Rollers End of Summer Bash was held this year at the Salem County Fairgrounds in Woodstown, New Jersey. Two years ago there was a socket wrench thrown into the Low Rollers' event plans that bruised up the very wild evening activities. But this year you sure couldn't tell. The local hotel parking lots were filled to the brim with people, and the event was full of all kinds of fun shenanigans happening late into the night. The daytime activities included a high/low competition (that quickly turned into a burnout competition) and a very amusing dodge ball competition (I wonder how many guys are still nursing welts from that). Heck, everyone was even raving about the pizza from one of the vendors. I didn't quite understand why, until I saw the hot ladies working this trailer. I kinda wrote it off as the "Hooters-wings-are-the-best" theory!
So make sure to mark your calendars for this hard hitter next year. I'll see you there. For more information about the End of Summer Bash 2007, call (302) 369-2706.
Now this is the kind of badass ride we're talking about. The North East knows how to bring
Right out of a hot rod show: a walking billboard.
Nothing quite like a little help cleaning your ride from the lady.
