Modifications: Include shaved handles, taillights, antenna, roof seams, gas door, Isuzu Hombre fenders were added and stretched shaving the corners in the process. The tailgate area was sealed up and includes LED lights and an angled license plate box. Inside the bed, smooth sheetmetal was added to give that area more of a custom touch. A Britax 30x36-inch sliding rag top was added so the sun could shine in. Up front, a fullsize bumper has been sectioned and smoothed.
Chassis: Airbags mounted front and rear provide suspension ajustability for everyday driving. Under the bed, the frame has been extended to accommodate a long bed that was added and a reverse triangulated four-link was installed.
Wheels & Tires: 18x7-inch Boyd Coddington Montorious wheels with Toyo Proxes tires.
Misc: Includes a Boyd Gullwing steering wheel, Street Scene mirrors, and tweeded interior pieces.
Project Notes: Rob didn't give us an exact number on the body drop when asked. Having to lift the truck up so the door would open, though, was a good indication to us that whatever the number it was enough to drag doors. Rob would like to thank his club Pebble Pushers, Bubba, Chad, Scott, Rod, and his family for the support they've given. Completion Date: Winter 2002.
